Quality control
Quality control is the most important work we dedicated in and always do the best effort to maintain a strict quality assurance, during the past years, we truly understand everybody can not avoid mistake or fault by the monotonous and boring work, a good management control system with experience staff will reduce the risk of the headache problem under the bottom line.
We have a good QC team and each member with more than 10 years experience on QC inspection on various kinds of material and surface, each item required random spot inspection before shipment in accordance with ISO 2859 (AQL)
Every detailed specification will be recorded on checklist, photos for the packing details measurement, surface checking and function test will be upload on cloud space immediately, and the inspected sample will be stored for 3 years with labels.
Quality improvement
Various testing is a key point to improve the quality, we built a individual testing laboratory to help us analyze the weakness of our current product, which we can use the device to observe the result of life cycle, material hardness, and coating layer of anti corrosion.
We also co-operated with the famous third party certification organization to verify our technical parameters, through full range of testing on the products, it is easy to improve the quality to catch the strict requirement on extremely complex environment.
